To say that I’m grateful for the incredible group of individuals that collectively make up my current @pureflowyoga 200hr & 300hr teacher trainees is an understatement. I’m beyond grateful, and feel incredibly privileged to lead them in their journeys. Witnessing their powerful shifts in just 4 days is beyond belief. I am in full awe of them, and am so blessed to have each of their energies, and presences in my life, and trainings. This group has come together like no group before… They’ve been hit with a curveball, and came together in such a beautiful, inspiring way!!! THEY ARE YOGA! THEY ARE UNIION! Yoga is being rooted, and grounded in that which is now, and that which cannot change… It’s ebbing, and flowing through the trials, and tribulations of life… It’s disrupting the flow to grow – and this group has flowed, grown, created shift, re-rooted themselves, and grounded TOGETHER in the most beautiful, epic way! I feel blessed to be their teacher, and hold their hearts in mine forever! Onwards, and upwards from here! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
