It’s December… A time to look forward, and give back! 2015 was a challenging, yet incredibly empowering year for me! Today I turned 36, and got to share it with my amazing students! Everything feels just a little different. But truthfully I feel empowered. I feel JOY. I feel incredibly blessed that I get to teach AMAZING individuals who collectively make up an absolutely INCREDIBLE teacher training group. Today my teacher trainees, and amazing assistant @juliediane surprised me with the sweetest birthday party… And words can’t quite express the joy they filled my heart with! Grateful doesn’t even begin to express TODAY! I love you all! You know who you are!

To say that I’m grateful for the incredible group of individuals that collectively make up my current @pureflowyoga 200hr & 300hr teacher trainees is an understatement. I’m beyond grateful, and feel incredibly privileged to lead them in their journeys. Witnessing their powerful shifts in just 4 days is beyond belief. I am in full awe of them, and am so blessed to have each of their energies, and presences in my life, and trainings. This group has come together like no group before… They’ve been hit with a curveball, and came together in such a beautiful, inspiring way!!! THEY ARE YOGA! THEY ARE UNIION! Yoga is being rooted, and grounded in that which is now, and that which cannot change… It’s ebbing, and flowing through the trials, and tribulations of life… It’s disrupting the flow to grow – and this group has flowed, grown, created shift, re-rooted themselves, and grounded TOGETHER in the most beautiful, epic way!
