When we choose to operate on the frequency of compassion and...
When we choose to operate on the frequency of compassion and kindness, we create, and reinforce our own reality, as filled with compassion and kindness. I refer here to the idea of unconditional compassion and kindness. It means that we can choose to react to any situation, as negative as it may seem to be, with kindness and understanding. Whenever someone chooses to be rude to us, there is no need for us to respond with rudeness. A moment of self-reflection can remind us that fire fought with fire only increases the heat.
The more often we practice our conscious positive response, to any situation, our automatic negative reactions are gradually being replaced with a conscious decision to act in the most loving way we can conceive at the moment.

I don’t think it’s doing women-kind anywhere justice for us to be judging and picking apart another woman. Tearing another woman down doesn’t lift us up… It creates negative energy for us and everyone around us. When we’re kind to each other sisterhood is sustained through our consistent support of each other! Today make it your intention to lift another woman up! Show love, express kindness, give guidance… Be a sister and raise the kindness vibration of our collective community. Dear Amazing Teacher Trainees, Sit patiently with the “not knowing”… Because that “not knowing” pales in comparison to the never having been introduced to anything. We entered into this journey of intense knowledge receiving and transformation together… And although we feel from time to time overwhelmed by information, confused, stressed and, or fatigued… We are on a path to awakening that will lead us on the path of our truest, most authentic self! Whether we choose to teach or use this depth of knowledge to deepen our own understanding of this practice of yoga… We are awakening and content along this path, rooted and grounded in that which “we know” and equally in that which we think we “don’t know”. All is coming! Trust in the process. Sitting here in the not knowing, I find comfort in this patience. I feel it pull me into the ebb and flow of life. I see it as a chance to trust that the universe has a divine plan for me, even if I can’t see all the pieces or the end result. I turn small challenges into choices to receive information and knowledge. I find joy in the opportunities to be flexible. But most of all, I tap into compassion. Compassion for ourselves, our peers in this teacher training process. The lessons we are learning are monumental, so dig deep and trust in the process! Your mantra: Trust in the Process Leave behind judgement and fear for what you think you don’t know and be at peace along the incredible journey you’re on! This is yoga! Dear Amazing Teacher Trainees, Sit patiently with the “not knowing”…
Because that “not knowing” pales in comparison to the never having been introduced to anything. We entered into this journey of intense knowledge receiving and transformation together… And although we feel from time to time overwhelmed by information, confused, stressed and, or fatigued… We are on a path to awakening that will lead us on the path of our truest, most authentic self!
Whether we choose to teach or use this depth of knowledge to deepen our own understanding of this practice of yoga… We are awakening and content along this path, rooted and grounded in that which “we know” and equally in that which we think we “don’t know”. All is coming! Trust in the process.
Sitting here in the not knowing, I find comfort in this patience. I feel it pull me into the ebb and flow of life. I see it as a chance to trust that the universe has a divine plan for me, even if I can’t see all the pieces or the end result. I turn small challenges into choices to receive information and knowledge.
I find joy in the opportunities to be flexible. But most of all, I tap into compassion. Compassion for ourselves, our peers in this teacher training process. The lessons we are learning are monumental, so dig deep and trust in the process!

Leave behind judgement and fear for what you think you don’t know and be at peace along the incredible journey you’re on! This is yoga!

As I honor my day of birth with gratitude and reflection, I’m so blessed to have my incredible boyfriend, amazing family and friends and my Yoga that consistently teaches me that what I receive from it ripples so far off the mat — Through the rough and challenges in life… Through the ebbs and flows, which bounce frequently in between ups and downs, in joy, in success, in pain, in sorrow, in depression, in bliss, in contentment… In anything and everything, it’s YOGA that brings me back to myself, that teaches me and constantly gives me wisdom, balance and equanimity. This year the world is giving me the opportunity to stand up against 2 people who tried to steal my spirit and my world!! The universe gives us opportunities to show us who we are, how courageous we are AND how strong we really are!!! I will Stand Up and I will Rise Up this year!!!! No one’s going to steal my Spirit, Happiness, Joy and Passion!!! I love yoga! I love teaching it, sharing it and giving it!!! And no one can take that away from me… No matter how hard they try to tear me down. I am 35 today and I feel AMAZING!!! I feel stronger, wiser and able to go through this journey towards everything that’s coming this year!!! Here’s to a year that will show me how strong I truly am!!! Thank you universe for giving me this opportunity to STAND UP FOR ME and MY Yoga Community!!!!!
