Adversity makes its way into your life not for the purpose of punishment or the universe withholding good from you – but because that is what you have drawn to yourself, to equip you for the blessings which are to come.
Just as gold is refined by fire so impurities can rise to the surface, trials are the soul’s way of getting you to “let go”, and “surrender” the things that no longer serve you, to make way for you to manifest the love, and abundance that are rightfully yours.
So, release your fears, and any limiting beliefs you have held on to. Change your story. And recognize that the hardship you have endured is just a carefully disguised lesson in moving forward. The truth is, the greatest pain can become your greatest strength.

Sit patiently with the “not knowing”… Because that “not knowing” pales in comparison to the never having been introduced to anything. We entered into this journey of intense knowledge receiving, and transformation together… And although we feel from time to time overwhelmed by information, confused, stressed, and, or fatigued… We are on a path to awakening that will lead us on the path of our truest, most authentic self!
Whether we choose to teach, or use this depth of knowledge to deepen our own understanding of this practice of yoga… We are awakening, and content along this path, rooted, and grounded in that which “we know”, and equally in that which we think we “don’t know”. All is coming! Trust in the process. Trust.
Sitting here in the not knowing, I find comfort in this patience. I feel it pull me into the ebb, and flow of life. I see it as a chance to trust that the universe has a divine plan for me, even if I can’t see all the pieces, or the end result. I turn small challenges into choices to receive information, and knowledge.
I find joy in the opportunities to be flexible. But most of all, I tap into compassion. Compassion for ourselves, and our peers in this teacher training process. The lessons we are learning are monumental, so dig deep, and trust in the process!

Your mantra: Trust in the Process

Leave behind judgement, and fear for what you think you don’t know, and be at peace along the incredible journey you’re on! This is yoga!

I love you ALL, and ALL is coming your way! All you must do is trust, and practice free from judgment. Love yourself, and everything you are!!!! ALL IS COMING!
