Elinore Cohen Yoga: This past weekend, my current group of Pure Flow Yoga Teacher Trainees graduated from their 200hr Teacher Training program. Yesterday culminated their 4 month long journey into teaching yoga. Even though it was the end of our program, it’s just the beginning for them. I am so thrilled that these amazing yogis are stepping out into the yoga world. No longer uncertain and hesitant trainees, they have grown into full-fledged yoga teachers. These yogis are powerful, courageous, intelligent, innovative, insightful, and profoundly inspiring.
