Perhaps there are still many unanswered questions about what happened. And even though you may feel totally justified in wanting to hold on to the anger or disappointment, doing so will only keep your soul locked up in a prison, and tied to the past. The only way forward is to allow the emotional scars, and wounds to heal by accepting that there are no accidents; that the path you are on is the one you’re meant to be travelling, and that your life has been enriched through both the good, and bad experiences.
