My practice teaches me to embrace imperfection, to have compassion for all the ways things haven’t turned out as I planned, in my body, and in my life… For everything has happened for a reason to bring me to where I am now. Practice has taught me to let go of the things I cannot control, in the process of learning to be present for exactly what is.
