Ahimsa loosely translates as ‘nonviolence’ In the Vedic tradition, however, the word possesses a much broader meaning: “Having no ill feeling for any living being, in all manners possible and for all times is called ahimsa, and it should be the desired intention of all seekers and practitioners of yoga.” ~The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, 2.30 ••• Judgment is the subtlest form of violence and truthfully the most harmful as it affects both the judger and the one he or she is judging… Yoga and judgment are like oil and water – they never mix. Judgment and yoga are mutually exclusive; you cannot truly be practicing yoga and judging people… May we all show kindness and cultivate it’s intentions and vibrations all around us! xoxox~eli #Yoga #ElinoreCohenYoga #PureFlowYoga #IntentionIsEverything #Werkshop #TeamWerkshop RAD Leggings by WERKshop Clothing http://ift.tt/WGXdOV
